What do I wear?
For dance, bootcamp, Aerobic and Body conditioning classes, a t- shirt, leggings or jogging bottoms and a pair of appropriate trainers. For Pilates, similar attire to the above, however pilates is not as physical as the other classes so an additional jumper or sweatshirt in the winter months is advisable.
Do I need to bring anything ?
Yes please bring a small towel and a long mat for the floor work. If you do not have a mat of your own the I have a few available for you to purchase at £15.00. A bottle of water must be brought for all classes.
Will I be the only beginner ?
Everybody has been a beginner at some point , all the classes are very friendly and we aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
I have booked on the Bronze package, do I have to do the same class every week ?
No , The Bronze package entitles you to attend any of the classes on the timetable, so you can vary your workouts and you are not committed to do the same class every week.
I am confused about how the packages work. Can you please explain ?
You are paying for my services each month, once you have chosen and paid for your package, you can then book your place in whichever classes you wish to participate in and if Silver or Gold package, book your treatments accordingly.
If you decide not to use my services any more then please write to me giving me a months notice so no more payments will be taken.
